Carlo's Pizza Oven of Holbrook Long Island, NY was originally started in 1957 by Uncle
Charlie in a small store in Queens, NY. Carlo's Pizza Oven quickly
caught on and was a big hit, so Uncle Charlie worked hard to
open more stores
in the local surrounding areas of Queens and by that time Carlos
Pizza was a household name. At the time believe or not the
only items on the menu were a couple of pizzas with traditional
toppings, Calzones and a few of types of heroes, unlike now with
over 150 Italian Food Specialties.
· Customers enjoyed Carlo's Pizza so much that Uncle Charlie
decided to expand again, this time bringing Carlo's Pizza to more of the
hungry masses and his target location was Long Island, NY, so in 1980
Uncle Charlie and a few loyal business partners opened Carlo's Pizza Oven of Port Jefferson
and Bingo, again Carlo's Pizza Oven was a big
hit. Carlo's Pizza Oven continued to grow and please more and
more hungry appetites until 1988 when more expansion was on the
drawing board and Carlo's Pizza Oven opened up a store in
Riverhead, NY. Following such great successes as with both Port
Jefferson and Riverhead Carlo's Pizza Oven did it again and
opened their Holbrook, NY location in 1989.

Today Carlo's Pizza Oven & Restaurant of Holbrook Long
Island, NY has
come a long way in the evolution of that first small store in Queens,
NY in 1957 and now has over one hundred and fifty Items on their menus
happily satisfying
customers hungry appetites for over 40 years.
